Butts, Boobs, and Body: An introduction

As I grew older, I found that the body is capable of incredible things allowing it to grow, regenerate, and protect itself from harm. With the correct manipulation the body will transform to what you always wanted it to be. So if that were true, why is it that our population's mental and physical health show greater decline as we progress towards the future? Why can't we achieve the ideal body? And more importantly, why don't I feel confident about myself? After all, the human body all works the same...right?

Learn to "love your body" is a typical statement advertised to almost every North American female for over a decade now. Yet I am still dissatisfied with the way I look. In my perspective, a woman's body is essential to presenting her self-esteem and will impact other's interpretation of her character as a whole. That's why this blog will be dedicated towards achieving that womanly body, as well as my personal journey towards a more balanced mental health.
